Project Manager
Ideal candidates will be successful at:
- Manage all aspects of the project, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring timely completion
- Plan, organize, and schedule roofing project activities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and field personnel
- Monitor project budgets, material orders, and labor costs
- Lead weekly project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to review progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project logs
- Obtain all necessary permits for project execution
- Oversee final inspections and manage client handover processes
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering or architecture
- + 2 years of experience as a project manager in the construction field.
