Distinctive Roofing, a family-owned leader with 20+ years in the industry, is looking for a Field Supervisor to manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure top-quality roofing installations. If you’re a proactive leader with hands-on roofing experience, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee multiple residential and commercial roofing projects daily, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Lead and supervise crews on job sites, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining site cleanliness
- Coordinate equipment, deliveries, and materials for efficient workflow
- Perform on-site inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain open communication with clients, the Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager
- Document progress with clear photo records in CompanyCam and JobNimbus (CRM)
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with building codes and inspections
- Assess risks and enforce all safety regulations on every project
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of residential roofing experience (commercial a plus)
- Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
- Hands-on leadership skills with proven crew management experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with smartphones, email, and software tools (AccuLynx or similar)
- Physically capable of climbing roofs and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Clean and valid U.S. driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability – 40+ hrs/week, Mon–Fri + occasional Saturdays
- Drug-free and able to pass a background check
